    How come gotham schools hasn’t talked about or written about how NYC has not filled out the forms to get the federal money owed them for transporting special education kids? They haven’t for at least 5 years. The city has lost 150 to 175 HUNDRED million A YEAR for the last 5 years. That would lower the cost.
