  • BloombergMustGo

Ok, quote from the article on BLOOMBERG website:
“The U.S. claimed that Princeton Review received tens of millions of dollars in federal funds for tutoring services to New York City school children that it didn’t provide. The U.S. said the settlement amount is as much as $10 million.”

Does anyone else get the irony here?????

  • Michael M. (parent still)

    Good one!

  • Flerp

The complaint alleged that the company received “tens of millions of dollars” in federal funds.  It didn’t allege that the company never provided any services.  So it’s not really notable that settlement only involved one “ten” out of however many “tens” of millions of dollars Princeton Review received.
