How funny is Shael Suransky?  He’s trying to defend the Principal’s ATR Pool, otherwise known as, networks.  These positions are given to failures who were once principals, friends of principals, good looking women who don’t want to teach anymore, and anyone connected to a deputy chancellor.  These positions are USELESS.  At the end of the day, network positions just aren’t needed.  You actually NEED a teacher in a classroom.  You actually NEED a principal in a school bldg.  You DO NOT NEED a network person coming into a school once a week, once every two weeks, etc.  These network “people” don’t even know that when they leave, everyone laughs because it’s just politics and playing the game.  No one takes these people seriously, and how could they?  These network people can’t possibly “help” as they’re supposed too.  They have many schools, hundreds of staff, and way to many agendas across different boroughs.
It’s literally a joke when they come in.  We say “Look, there’s the useless ones”.  Sorry, but it’s the truth.  Networks are really not needed and if they did not exist, nothing would change.  Schools would run, teachers would teach, students would learn ….. so on and so forth.  The imaginary vision that a network person “helps” is ridiculous.  It’s not their fault, they can’t possibly help.  What a waste of $$$$$.  Then again, the DOE has DEEP pockets, so let em’ splurge.  Give the $$$$ to friends, and friends of friends.  What a SHAM!!!!
