It’s a bit ironic isn’t it.

I wonder if consultants will still be considered for the job if they have business with charter schools in NY state. Seems like it would be a conflict of interest.

]]> By: Mona Davids http://gothamschools.org/2012/10/05/new-york-state-plans-overhaul-to-its-charter-authorizing-process/comment-page-1/#comment-378235 Mona Davids Fri, 05 Oct 2012 18:30:00 +0000 http://gothamschools.org/?p=92589#comment-378235 Cliff shut down Kingsbridge Innovative Design Charter School last year.  GS even wrote about that charter’s troubles.  That charter didn’t last one year.  Kudos to Cliff for doing right and holding that charter accountable.  Cliff also engaged parents and responded to EVERY parent’s inquiry.  When I or other parents reached out to him with questions and concerns, he always responded to us.  Many parents are sad Cliff is leaving.  NY’s loss is MA’s gain.
