		<description><![CDATA[As an undividual who initiated these types of programs and ran them for over 40 yearserving thousands of kids, why has OSt not thought out of the box. Instead of hiring a curriculum specialist for each program furtTher straping their limited budgets why not have the schools make copies of their teachers plans for use of the OSt programs since this is to be a colabrative effort.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Follow the money - who are the organizations sponsoring the programs?  NFP and CBO usually supported by contacts at Tweed or City Council.  Sometimes the programs work closely with the schools in which they&#039;re housed, sometines there is no connection whatsoever ... &quot;All politics is Local,&quot; having the &quot;right&quot; City Council person or patron doesn&#039;t hhurt!!]]></description>
