    Good to see the CBC catch on to the same Census Bureau data I’ve been using for years. 

    Note that they don’t use a “cost of living” factor to make NYC per student school spending seem not quite as high compared with Upstate and the U.S. average, the way I do.

    If the old elected school board system was considered to be corrupt and inept, what’s this one to be considered?  Blind? Deaf?
    How is it that Bloomberg’s famous accountability promise is violated when convicted men can still apply for, and have a reasonable expectation of winning, city government contracts?
