how would you feel if your entire career was at risk?
Teachers are people with families of their own to support.  If there really were wonderful teachers given unsatisfactory ratings then the staff should stand together and make a strong statement. Their families come before their jobs… just as your family comes first to you.  Wow…. you lost an evening and even baked.  How small of you to even mention this if you are sympathetic to the teachers.
