In the bad old pre-Klein days the entire district office and other staff was trained and dispersed to every school in the district during the state tests at NO COST!! From the time the shrink wrap was opened to the time the completed papers were picked up someone from the district was on site. Of course no one is around at Tweed with any institituional memory!!

Oh…poor baby…the budget was slashed. Really…maybe because the DOE is being robbed and billed for millions. But, it is easy to blame the cuts on the state..when in reality..there is impropriety from withing the DOE. When will the public wake up to this and start speaking out and up. The children of NYC are being denied their rights to a reasonable education because of mismanagement of funds! WAKE UP NEW YORKERS….your tax dollars are being ripped from your pockets, only to be stolen by EDUCRATS.

What a joke. Have they ever bothered to put mics and cameras on the top administrator’s offices to snoop around for invisible mandates and plans? Oh, I forgot, the DoE cannot distinguish between real or false vendors of tutoring services….perhaps because they are too busy allowing all the bigger corruption to go under the radar. When it comes to $ + education, the only thing it can equal to is unchecked corruption.
