    So what are the odds that the make up of the Elephant school is largely a demographic that is not struggling with some students mixed in who are actually motivated enough to want to learn Chinese, I assume Mandarin.  Yes this sounds exactly like a population that reflects the rest of the city….Or is there an Elephant in the room that nobody is talking about?
