		<description><![CDATA[Thank you Diane Ravitch for speaking up against these high stake exams that are fraught with errors and their validity is questionable.  Why should 20% of the teachers&#039; rating be based on those type of exams? In fact, why should we use even 1%?  What would be the teacher&#039;s rating if every student decides to opt out of taking the exam?]]></description>
