You can change the name of LICHS to Global Scholars Academy but that is all that will change. You have a system that does not help these students reach higher only gives them watered down programs that do not prepare them for the real world. When these students are failing due to non-attendance or not completing the work the teachers are threatened by administration to pass them anyway>

Global Scholars Academies – sounds impressive! For the name alone you had to close down Flushing HS. That’s where we’re at. Maybe it will be as successfull as the Success Charter Network.

Kind of remarkable that Gotham doesn’t see fit to mention there is an outstanding arbitration with the UFT to stop this. Isn’t that highly pertinent, or does a crystal ball somewhere say otherwise?
