Sorry to say, but in at least 24 schools the teachers are focused on resumes, cover letters, interview techniques, portfolios, and trying not to condemn a union which is unable to offer any real protection… preparing students for the English Regents should be the priority, but for many, going on interviews is the focus as thousands of teachers try to hang on to their careers.
