    Elmo is a puppet.  Puppets do not think or act for themselves.  Puppets tell us what the puppeteer wants us to know.  I guess the puppeteer likes Walcott, but then again, that person is probably paid to entertain.  If nothing else Walcott entertains us with his defense of the DOE and of Mayoral Control.
