    Re: Quinn and mandatory Kindergarten.  Sound policy, good for children, good for families, good for New York.  Let’s take it a step further, mandatory, free, full day public Pre-K.  Parents city-wide, especially those living in poverty, have been begging for this desperately needed start for their at-risk children.
    Let’s do better than good.
