    Noguera seems to have come around and seen the light, but wouldn’t it have been better to try and make the right changes, rather than flee and leave behind a disaster?

    I think he would have had to build alliances and it’s quite reasonable to believe that sort of alliance….one that thinks through options and holds honest discussions…..was not in the cards.
    That, or he just saw the writing on the wall and said, “Lemme outta here!”
