But, wait…Daniel Negreanu just raised Duncan $30K and pushed his chips all in.  Duncan’s thinking about it.

    And, he’s all in, too!

What will Bloomberg do?  He only makes $1 a year as mayor of NYC, you know.

Bloomberg lowers his sunglasses, winks to his E4E supporters in the crowd, and pushes his chips in, too!

Everyone’s bets are in, so it’s time to deal the flop.

” so it’s time to deal the flop.”

Yes,  “flop”….That’s  an  appropriate  description  for  paying  inexperienced  teachers ” 100K  plus.” … What  a  “deal”  for  the  taxpayers.

  • BLACKOUT

Congrats to the D.O.E. for choosing to KEEP Mr. John Chase in as interem-acting principal at Bronxdale High School where he was found in violation of Chancellor’s Reg’s regarding sexual harassment.  Yesterday, a new A.P. was brought on to the team.  That makes 14 white teachers, 1 white principal and now, 1 white assistant principal.  Way to GO!!!!!

  • Michael M. (parent still)

Oh goodie!  A pot of gold for the teacher who get best perspire – er inspire – the kids, while teaching to the tests.

    Got Campbell’s Law?

  • Michael M. (parent still)

    Egads.  “can” not “get.”
    Darn public school edumacation.

Since we’re using gambling metaphors here, let’s not forget the truism about poker: if you don’t know who the mark is at the table, it’s you.

Are you shocked?  They only let the non-white Principals (non-male) go.

    Where’s Larry?

Oh, this is something the UNION does NOT want so he cannot blame the pension problem on them.

Why isn’t he complaining that Bloomberg and others are going to raise pension costs?

Oh, because it isn’t the UNION and they can’t be blamed.

  • Drpanella2nj

Yeahh, they couldn’t let this guy go.  I mean a white guy from Oneonta N.Y. who now runs a high school in the Bronx – he’s got some connection downtown.  Good 4 him!

    Best line,
“Absent from Duncan’s remarks: means for cash-strapped jurisdictions to fund the pay hikes.”

    He’s at Flerp’s house
