The Daily News says the speech shows that both Bloomberg and Cuomo have the right attitude.
The Post says Bloomberg’s “bold gambit” to sidestep the UFT was a high point of the speech.
The Post also says a teacher found to have faked excuse notes exemplifies the need for new evaluations.
