    Wow just saw Councilman Vacca up in the Bronx blasting the D.O.E. on channel 11 (WPIX) about keeping Mr. John Chase in as principal at Bronxdale High School.  There is mention of a rally next Tuesday January 10th at 3:30 p.m.  Every female should be there!  Does Gotham know about this??  How can it be posted??
