Sensitivity Training for Mr. Chase and a letter to file? Not bad for sexually harrassing females and using vulgar language plus speaking of his private parts. Beautiful to see that in N.Y.C. a man can get away with this abuse towards a woman. Actually, women are beneath men in the D.O.E. so this smack in the face is really not a surprise. Way to go Mr. Walcott. I’m sure you will be hearing from feminist groups in the near future. This was a very big mistake, guilty and put back into position. Huhhh???
