That’s pretty hard to believe.

And the assertion: “… the state could wind up buying a data system later than anticipated
from a company that’s relatively untested in the data business.”

The are a lot of huge data systems out there, built by companies other than Wireless Generation. Maybe we’ll get something better than ARIS, for less money. Not impossible.
