I think Bloomberg’s ads will turn off more people than help him. Especially when the ad says, “Paid for by MIke Bloomberg.” I never liked him, but now I see him as slightly pathetic.
He should’ve walked after two terms.

I was so impressed with Uncle Mike’s ad. My favorite part was with him and the suit making believe they were going over some important plans, with Uncle Mike having that really interested, determined face. Oooooh. I had goosebumps. I’ve seen better acting during WWE Smackdown.

Howard Wolfson: “One side has been presented on television and now it’s time to present the other side.”
Yeah, the daily press conferences and media appearances, the flood of sympathetic news coverage, the weekly radio show, the space he’s given on local and national editorial pages, the fact that any number of media outlets would be thrilled to interview him/profile him on a moment’s notice . . . this unfair stifling of the mayor’s message has really gotten out of hand.

Poor guy. He went from being called the city’s greatest mayor to having to spend his own money to get his message out. I almost feel sorry for him.

Yeah he’s looking frail. I don’t get these 70 something year old men who just can’t relax and enjoy the rest of their lives somewhere. The poorest rating ever in the past decade right now. Bloomberg is on the decline and it is very clear now.

This Mayor will go down in history as the worse educational mayor in New York. It’s my opinion that he doesn’t care about this label. He has made his friends rich with city contracts in addition to doubling his own wealth while in office. What fools taxpayers were when they voted for him. By the way, why is the vocal Al Sharpton silent while this scoundrel of a mayor is destroying the school system. The low achievers on the school spectrum will be left behind, they will be the one’s incarcerated an on the steets victimizing society. What are you getting under the table for your silence, Mr. Sharpton?

The Bloomberg ad.
Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!
Hilariously pathetic!
Bloomberg’s image, which has cost him millions in PR lies, is a sinking ship. Mike Bloomberg has screwed over so many people that even his billions couldn’t buy them all off. What will this sorry excuse for a man try next?
Seriously though, these are some of the worse times that I have ever seen in my 12 years in public education. Very sad indeed that he has resorted to a television commercial rather than do right by the children of this City..

How come there’s a minimum age for presidents? And how come only experienced congressmen and senators are chosen to be committee chairmen? Even in private industry, once professional investors get involved they often bypass the founder of a company and choose an experienced CEO or at least someone with more of a resume for such a job.
The bottom line is getting rid of seniority is nothing more than an attack on experienced teachers because they earn more money. It’s not about the kids. And lying as the reformers are doing is an insult to our intelligence.

Don’t feel sorry for him; feel sorry for our kids who are still subject to nearly unlimited control.
