Moreover, it seems that the State budgetary shortfall is widening as we speak. There will be a political concession because there would be riots on the streets if students are forced to commute our of their neighborhood schools to other boroughs due to school closures and Bloomberg Inc's plans to PR his way into a National Political position. and according to news, the MTA’s shortfall is more dire than expected.
