Gotham Schools joins the NY POST? Making something out of nothing. If Klein were someone the teachers trusted and respected it might be plausible but since he is not__________(fill in the blank---no, not you Gotham Schools).

Mulgrew's distrust of Klein comes disingenuously and late. During Mulgrew's October 9 interview on NY1, he tossed only bouquets at the Mayor and Chancellor, hoping a submissive pre-election posture would sweeten contract negotiations at the expense of betraying Bill Thompson.

Asked to comment on Klein, Randi's Anti-Christ, Mulgrew said: "My job to work with the Chancellor of New York City. We’ll have our differences ... find common ground. I can work with anyone there."

Sad to say, Klein and Mulgrew have found common ground on Alan Rosenfeld, the rubber room
teacher whom Klein and the New York Post are cruelly swiftboating. Mulgrew's silence on Rosenfeld is shameful, but not unexpected.

The UFT has effectively abandoned its reassigned members (including me), even to the point of colluding with OSI investigators and withholding (egads) exculpatory evidence.

Only the bloggers, especially ICE, have had the decency to defend Rosenfeld against his sleazy tormentors.
