The AFL-CIO piece is not at all shocking when you realize that for public employee unions, it’s not about the best interest of the state, it’s about protecting their members. It’s not able kids, it’s about adults. It’s not about encouraging innovation and best practices, it’s about maintaining the status quo. It’s not about tomorrow, it’s about today and in some cases, what was long, long ago. Once again the union show themselves for who they really are, agents of “the same.”

QP,
I just realized your job. Must be nice to be able to do work on the bosses dime. Getting on a flight to Haiti manana, wanna join in some real work?

JH while I applaud your relief work I do think the fact that you parade it as a banner of “holier than thouness” really robs what it is all about to begin with. If it was so special to you you wouldn’t need to do so yet I feel you real motivation is just about proving how much greater you are than everyone else. Go to Haiti and do some good. That should be enough to make you feel good about yourself.

Let me rephrase, QP show me one time you have ever said anything that was not a tear down of something you have very little knowledge of. Why not build something? offer a solution, anything but what I always hear from you. I do not think I am greater, I just think I have more real world change to offer than every single comment you make. Yes we can are words, empty words without action, I just read your words and never hear what you offer to change things..
