  1. Mismanagement is overly generous. A more accurate label is sabotage.

  2. I noticed that...

    Mismanagement is being used to motivate others, the public, to look at the DoE’s ineptitude. Sabotage is Klein’s dastardly plan of setting up schools for failure. Finally, conspiracy is what the DoE, the chancellor and the mayor are doing to the public schools in order to destroy it.
