		<description>When will state and city education officials, and the UFT too, confront the unconfrontable: NYC principals, assistant principals, and teachers routinely tamper with test scores?  The higher the stakes, the greater the cheating. 

As if the recent State Comptroller&#039;s audit showing wild inflation in Regents scores was not enough proof of this buried crime wave! 

To coin a lament: WHERE&#039;S THE OUTRAGE?  </description>
