		<description>They are three weeks earlier than before, but they still haven&#039;t made the deadline.  They have still not released any data to the City Council or the public.  
Immense amount of data?  come on now.  They claim to be able to crunch data to accurately grade schools and give bonuses to teachers and principals on the basis of results, and God knows what else, yet seem incapable of measuring the number of students in a room.  How can that be?</description>
