How can anyone read Item 2 re 40 kids in a class, and principals being forced to accept all arriving students until the DOE agrees to “cap”, and consider two years of budgets cuts, and still think the principal — to the exclusion of the Chancellor and Mayor — should be the locus of accountability?

Does Cerf’s exit mean the mayor is more important than our children?
