DOE promises to slash $20M from the CENTRAL administration budget, but then hits up SCHOOL budgets -- after some bended-knee signet-ring kissing from these nominal "warrior" "CEOs" -- for at most a total of $20k. Can the principals BACK-CHARGE Tweed for their time? Or just stay late one day and clap erasers? Sheesh. This is laughable.
