Members of the Parent Commission met w/ Kruger; he had a proposal which incorporated suggestions from several different groups, including from the Parent Commission.  This particular proposal was not &quot;my idea&quot; nor that of Class size matters, it came from the Parent Commission which I am a member of.  The entire tone and substance of this article is wrong.</description>
