    How odd it is that Mr. Balls from England is wowed by the visit to the school in The Bronx. Didn’t Chancellor Klein hire Sir Michael Barber as his education guru because Barber had transformed the London school system? If London is so good, wouldn’t Mr. Balls be able to get what he needs from his own country?
