Why is the union scared of a secret ballot? They obviously don’t think it’s possible to maintain a majority of KIPP AMP staff when peer pressure and union tactics are eliminated by anonymity.

You have to believe Casey on this one. Levin is obviously lying when he says he’s interested in democracy, rather than buying time to mount an intimidation campaign. It destroys his credibility.
