As a former Chicagoan and Minnesotan, I agree with the lame-o comment about DC schools closing. And what’s up with New Jersey schools canceling school, too?

By the way, teachers, Frank McCourt (of Angela’s Ashes) has a memoir just released about his teaching experience in New York City. I heard him last night on “On Point.”
