The placement needs to be reviewed and changed at least once a year.  All schools have SETSS.  So why not change CTT to SETSS 10 times a week with Related Services of Vision Education Services? It works for school administration too: if the girl is truly high achieving then she will help the overall performance of the school's special education kids when those data are disaggregated.
