He has vilified the best and the brightest NYC educators. I know of no educator who believes that Klein has been beneficial to the schools. Obama is about altruism. Klein is about ego and power. Obama would regret appointing Joel Klein to the Department of Education just as NYC Mayor Bloomberg has secretly regretted Klein's tenure. Please President Elect Obama.
